Today I have a four links, all about the same topic: the art of John Held Jr. I do not know when it was that I saw his stuff growing up, but I do know that when I rediscovered it a few years back it was instantly familiar, and corresponded with much of my imaginings of the Jazz Age: flapper girls and college kids and old men in tuxedos.
