Keeping with the bookish theme I have going:
Victorian Hugos. Jess Nevins awards what-if Hugo Awards to books written before the Hugo Award was established. So far, the years 1885 through 1891 have been covered. And, because everything is pre-1923, all these works are in the public domain in the USA (even if some are harder to track down than others).
