Today, I decided to make rice pudding with the left over pint of rice from the game night get together chinese food order. I should cook and bake more. I like making food; I just hate washing dishes. My apartment has no dishwasher, so I have to do them all by hand.

Also, I have some old jeans that have holes in their pockets (cheap fabric). I mentioned to my mother that I could fix them if I had access to a sewing machine, and she told me my brother has one he isn't using (which he inherited from an aunt). So now I'm getting a sewing machine.

And what do I have on in the background to all this? Cole Porter. The soundtrack to High Society.

Help! I think I'm getting domesticated!
