For those of you in the area who are interested, yolen and I will be hosting a combination birthday party/swap meet at our place, on May 12th, from 1:00 in the afternoon until evening.

As part of cleaning, we have a certain amount of old crap stuff to get rid of, some of which someone may want, like some movies on VHS, old computers (Atari 800XL, anyone?), and of course, books. yolen wanted to have a swap meet, and my birthday was coming up, so I figured why not combine things?

People bringing children be forewarned, our apartment has *not* been childproofed. While it is not child-hostile, we do have a fairly small place without a yard (though there is a very nice park with swings and slides and such if the weather is nice).

So bring stuff, and come eat, drink and make merry! (Aforementioned swap meet is to be limited to stuff you can easily carry up our stairs and through our door. Please no couches, live animals, unlawful materials, contraterrene matter, naked singularities, or anything that requires a pentacle for confinement.)

I just sent an email to your lovely wife (I can't find your home address - my bad - and I asked her about buses from your place to the PABT and back). While we won't be able to stay very long, we miss you guys too much not to come by, and will be there at 1 PM for at least an hour or two.
