Silly radio ads
Mar. 5th, 2004 09:34 amWhile I eat breakfast, I turn on the radio to the local news station, to hear the recent news and weather.
This morning, I was half listening when a commercial for the a speed reading system came on. The ad promised a great increase in reading speed, whether it was "books, magazines or tentacle information". Or at least, that's what it sounded like. I think the guy was trying to say "technical information", but if so, he needs to practice his pronunciation.
The concept of speed reading "tentacle information" has planted the image in my head of some guy speed reading hentai.
