Hellboy II
Jul. 11th, 2008 11:29 pmThe movie was good.
The theater (Newport Mall) was not so good.
The lines for concessions were entirely too long.
But even worse, the sound sucked. For the first 1/3 of the movie, it was weak -- no bass -- and crackled on the highs. Then, I am guessing after a reel change, it was ok. For about 10 minutes. Then it started cutting in and out for a split second. Then it went back to weak and crackly for the rest of the movie.
Maybe I'll catch it again as a matinée in a better theater.
