Home made Ginger Ale. How to easily ferment some ginger beer of your own. Yes, there is a little bit of alcohol in it, but in the batches I've made, it's been at most 0.5%; you'd have to drink a six-pack's worth to get the alcohol equivalent of one cheap beer.
