Ego Boosting, Community Pimping, And More

I sent the link for the photos of the fire performance off to the performers, and got an email back saying that they were "some of the best photos that have been taken of our troup", and that they would be using some on their website. Mild ego boost there.
justhuman declared this week Community Pimping Week, so I figured I'd pimp a few of the LJ communities I belong to.
If I'm going to pimp, I might as well start with the community I created
subtitled, a place for foreign film lovers. Which I really, really, need to start writing reviews for again.
Next up is a new community,
the_boke, for writing about what's going on in Hoboken.
infojunkies is an interesting news source, though lately it has been dominated by politcal news. Given this is an election year, I expect that to remain the case until after 2004 has passed.
geeks is a good place to look for tech help with your geek problems.
lj_nifty has people posting various Live Journal tips and tricks, as well as programs people have written for enhancing your LJ experience.
nycnobody a place to hear about NYC events, photos, and other stuff.
And before I sign off, I'd like to say hi to my new readers. Glad to see you!
