If you have a bit of an island/South Seas day dream like I have, you will find Tom Neale's book An Island to Oneself totally engrossing. It is a first hand account of a man who decided to go live by himself on a tiny Pacific island, 200 miles from the nearest other person. I read the first twelve chapters when I first found it two nights ago. Once I get some free time, I am going to finish it.
